We met Laura at an an Open House, and after.

.. We met Laura at an an Open House, and after scheduling showings with her and a couple of other agents, we decided to work exclusively with Laura. Our home search lasted several months and included countless showings, numerous purchase offers, rejections and contract terminations. We were using a VA loan and have two small children who almost always accompanied us to showings, so those things also added extra challenges. Through all of it, Laura was extremely kind and patient. She was honest and forthcoming and always very quick to respond to showing requests and writing up offers. I truly can't say enough good things about her and I feel very grateful that she was our agent. We were very needy clients, and in the end, she was able to help us find the perfect house and win the offer on it which is very rare in our market!!!!

I was not... Laura is a AMAZING Real Estate agent. I was not able to get into a home right away, but Laura stuck my by my side the whole two years . And kept encouraging me that I will get to that point and we did. She went ABOVE and BEYOND for my family and I. Her communication to me was very exceptional . Aiden had a great eye in staging my home using items i had. He took professional pictures that really boosted the listing. .. Laura went above and beyond for my family while we were selling and purchasing our new home! We had purchased our first home with a different realtor, and the service that Laura provided surpassed our first experience by leaps and bounds. Her professionalism, kind demeanor, communication, and ability to put her clients at ease during a stressful time were highlights of our experience. She goes the extra mile for her clients. She made my family feel so appreciated and special-congratulatory gifts, customer appreciation gifts, remembering my daughter's birthday and bringing her a balloon and card, etc. We highly recommend Laura to anyone looking for an amazing realtor!

"Laura was on top of every part of the buying process. What she didn't know she found the answers quickly and was proactive in making sure our needs met. She knew what to look in HOA jargon and anticipated challenges before the popped up. Luara still sends cards and notes making us feel like her favorite buyers. "I really do not enjoy writing negative reviews. I promise I don't. But the magnitude of the negligence here is just too much to be brushed aside. Others must be aware of the gross negligence of one of the agents in this office. Laura Owen was the agent for a home we tried to purchase. There were several offers on the home and ours was the highest. We had a verbal agreement that our offer was being accepted, and our offer contract was eventually signed. We were told that we were under contract. As a matter of fact, I have an offer letter signed by all parties for this home. Cue celebration! The next day our dreams of living in this new home were shattered when we discovered that the seller had signed TWO contracts. Ours, and another signed two hours prior to ours. Our offer was higher, but the other offer is the valid one because it came first. The house was no longer ours due to this mistake, and frankly, I can't imagine this sequence of events could ever occur if the agent did their due diligence and handled the offers correctly. This was not the result of a single mistake. There was a chain of incorrect actions to lead to this. Allegedly, instead of sending a non-signable PDF version of the lower offer, she sent her client the signable webpage which the client signed. It is also unlikely that the client will make any complaints, as the client is the agent's mother-in-law. I understand mistakes happen, but when you're handling half-million dollar contracts, mistakes like this are truly unacceptable and inexcusable. With all the due diligence done on the seller's half, they could have sold this house for $5 on accident. One must truly question whether someone capable of making these mistakes should be employed in this profession. Now we've missed this opportunity and will have to suffer whatever consequences may be associated with prolonging our house hunt further - directly as the result of this oversight from the selling team."

"Laura was FANTASTIC!! My wife and I were looking for a home as first time home buyers in a VERY competitive CO market. We were definitely working on a budget, but that didn't matter. She was able to find multiple matches for what we were looking for and always kept our limitations in mind. There is nothing worse than seeing a home, falling in love only to then realize it's nowhere in the realm of possibility. We found a condo we loved, put an offer in and she had is CLOSED in only like 4 WEEKS!!! Truly awesome!!! Laura was never difficult to get ahold of. She was always there for us every step of the way and was able to quickly and accurately answer all of our questions. 5 stars all the way, with the highest of recommendations!! If buying a home seems overwhelming and maybe even slightly terrifying if you're a first time buyer you will be in great hands with Laura!"
